It was announed this week (7/4/09) that Denver is #24 largest city in the US.    We are the 25th fastest growing city in the US. Denver was just featured on May 19th on The Today Show showing Denver as the NUMBER ONE city in the country for having a housing rebound!    We are now showing value increases, less inventory, and shorter days on market than any other city in the US!   Fabulous news! It was also published in June in Forbes.com that Denver is topping the list for rebounding in the housing market! FIRST TIME HOMEBUYER CREDIT of $8000 is available to those who have not owned a home in the last 3 years!     It is 10% of the purchase price up to $8000!    This is money in your pocket - still waiting for the market?   The government recently announced that this credit can be used as your down payment, however, check with your lender.    Some lenders do not have this approved yet. Denver has lost MUCH less in home values than other markets across the country.    It was released - under 4% over the last 3 years in Denver! New rules --- Effective 7/1/09, if you have a home listed, apartments, multi-family units --- there HAS to be a carbon monoxide detector outside of all bedrooms.     The Night Hawk is available thru any home improvement store for a cost of approximately $50.
