Each of these neighborhoods are within a short distance of downtown, and all the activities of the city life.  You can call me and I will search by neighborhood, if there is a certain place you would like to live.     Some of the surroundings cities east of Denver are less expensive the further you get from the mountains.

There are a few pockets of new homes in the Denver City area - Stapleton & Lowry feature "cluster patio homes", which are homes nestled closer, with less yard - but keeping upgrades and amenities in mind for the urban family.    They typically have parks nearby, coffee shops & retail within walking distance.   These are becoming more and more popular, as owning a home gets more expensive with utilities and upkeep.
